Hi, Trying to download the Philomena audio description.
First time I tried it, it announced a download cycle 0% to 100% rather quickly, then slowly went through a 0% to 100% Downloading cycle, but seemed to hang there for 30 minutes, and nothing else on the screen was active; everything announced "Downloading 100%". I closed the app, reopened it, and tried downloading. Again, it cycled rather quickly through a Downloading 0% to 100%, then cycled more slowly again from 0% to 99% (this time), and seemed to hang there for about 30 minutes without change, and nothing announced on the screen except Downloading. Am I doing something wrong, or just too impatient, or might there be something wrong with the site? My wife and I want to try out the app by going to Philomena this weekend. Appreciate any ideas.
