Google Drive is quite accessible from a PC or a Mac using Chrome and
ChromeVox.
I also wouldn't assume Google products won't get more accessible over
time. Google Maps, ChromeOS, Android, Chrome with ChromeVox and so on
have all improved accessibility tremendously over the last few years.
