Have you checked that your accessibility shortcut (the triple click of the home button) is still set to toggle VoiceOver on and off? Go into Settings -> General -> Accessibility and make sure accessibility shortcut, all the way at the bottom, is set to VoiceOver.

In a bit of trouble with 5s. For some reason I can no longer turn off VO with
home triple tap. Have tried reboot with home and off/on, turned phone off and
on and took all out of app switcher. Any other thoughts? Saw this with my iPad
before it crashed so bad! Hope I don't have that big a problem! At least this
time thanks to Sieghard explaining some of iTunes I am not panicking, just
hoping there is another way to fix before I need to wipe my phone and start all
over again! Thanks for any help in advance.
