On iOS go to Settings iTunes and App Stores and it's in the automatic download heading. On the Pc or Mac version of iTunes go to Edit Preferences click the store button and check the appropriate boxes there. Preferences can also be invoked with control comma or command comma depending on platform.

You don't need iTunes Match to do this. Just enable automatic downloads
for music on all your devices, then newly purchased items will get
