No, you are not able to anneciate a skype conference call from your iPad. If
someone else does from their computer, you can be a participant.

Is it possible to do a conference skype call using the iPad mini? I have an
iPad mini with the latest software and the latest skype app. Someone told
me that you can now conference with skype, but I can't figure out how it is
done. I can make a call, but don't see how to add other people. Any help
is appreciated.
