I have the same problem with vibre. I have uninstalled it for now.

I had exactly the same issue yesterday. It has never happened before,
although occasionally when I send a VIBRE message to my daughter in
NZ, she doesn't receive it - or receives it many days later. I hope
VIBRE works out whatever is keeping it from working as well as it did
when I first got it last year.
