Exactly, or at least primarily not being able to access any of these buttons or items is the main problem. I assume the in-app purchase is done from within Settings, but you can't really get into Settings with Voiceover running. Let's give Luke a bit of time to get this fixed and then we'll see. For the time being you can try to turn Vloiceover off and then tap and hope you hit the right place, that is how I got into the Feedback page where I was able to email him. I'm running into a few bugs as I had to rework some of the visual layout to accomodate. I am hoping to get an update pushed to apple this coming weekend. I will keep you updated.
