Hi DJ, People have mentioned AllRecipes, Epicurious, Betty Crocker, Paprika and more. I just searched the archives for "accessible cookbook" and it comes up with 43 results. These are displayed 10 per page, e.g. 1 through 10, 11 through 20 etc. and at the end of each page are buttons to access page 12, 3 and 4. Each result is designated as Heading Level 3 so it's super easy to browse through the results, you can read a line or so of text for each and click on it to open.
