If you set up a contact, and then enter the multiple e-mail addresses in the e-mail address field, you should be able to do it. Apparently the way it works is to enclose everything in less-than and greater-than signs. Example: <m...@me.com>, <y...@you.com>. Double check this tip though. I just read about it a couple days ago but have not tried it myself.
