Thanks, I did that. I cannot seem to fix it. I really do not want to do a restore though because in the past, my books I have downloaded in the BARD app will not get put back on the phone. I have done a shut down and restart of my phone several times and made sure everything is up to date and I just cannot get the higher quality voice back. :(
