After launching EyeNote, hold the phone about 6 to 8 inches away from a US bill, and you should hear the bill identified. There's no interface to speak of. Just launch the app and start scanning bills. If you'd like the settings displayed in eyeNote when you launch it, you can go into Settings -> EyeNote and turn show settings on.

Hi, all,

I decided to try identifying currency with EyeNote. I downloaded it, and I’ve
tried opening it several times. I get nothing with VO, including when I move
around the screen or swipe. Do I just have a funny installation, or is there
some trick I’m missing here?

htH,
Teresa

Slow down; you'll get there faster.
