I don't have any of this, so am going off what I have read only. Apple TVs let you airplay videos to them, or mirror your entire display to show everything your iPad does. You can also buy adapters to plug the iPad directly into a tv or monitor. Chrome Cast is also an option, but is only supported by a few apps like Youtube and Netflix.
