Hi, Wren and others on the list. I’m trying to reply to Wren, but can’t figure out how to do that. I hit reply all using control shift r and deleted the viphone email address, but must have deleted Wren’s address too. Could someone send me instructions as to how to find someone’s email address so that I can take the topic off list. I’m still getting thrown out of storm shield more than 90 percent of the time and can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I tried to send an email to the support from the website but have heard nothing back from them. Any help with storm shield would be much appreciated, and info on how to reply to someone off list would be helpful just to keep list clutter down. Thanks.
