Does anyone know why this would happen? I just bought tv pro. its free. When I entered my password, it said unable to purchase at this time please try later. its been going on for a number of days now with different aps. they do get purchased though as I purchased ear monsters and anothe rpayed ap and I was charged, but they didnt download until I was on wifi. I went to ap settings and turned on celular data and aps in there. anyone else experience this? I never used to have this problem. I am using the 4s and ios 7
