Thank you so much for the help. The guy at the Verizon store set up the
phone for me. It didn't even occur to me to tell him to set it up from a
previous backup.
Now all is good, and I am very pleased.
However, I have a few more questions.
I need to erase some things from my phone, as I no longer need them.
How do I delete some aps?
Also, how do I delete text messages?
And last, but not least, how do I delete some contacts?
Any help from anyone would be very much appreciated.
