Hi, The typing feedback controls what happens when you press a letter or word on the on-screen keyboard or a bluetooth keyboard. You can have it pronounce characters or words or both. Then you can change the same thing for bluetooth keyboards.
The phoenetic is so when you are on a letter, it will say things like foxtrot for F, and so on. I will let some others answer the other questions.
