Hi all. A client of mine has a Braille Sense On hand from HIMS and is having trouble entering passwords when using the display. She says that HIMS tells her it's an Apple problem and they are aware of the issue. To me this doesn't make Sense, and please note the pun, because from what I understand, Apple treats all displays the same. Not having a Sense product of my own, I can't test this to verify. However I have a Focus 40 and have no trouble at all entering passwords in web pages or apps.

Are there any Braille Sense users here who can confirm or deny this? She's using iOS 7.0.4 and a Braille Sense On Hand with the latest firmware.

Thanks. since
