Are you saying that iTunes Radio will show up in the Music app without
an update? I don't recall seeing a native app updated independently of a
IOS update. I would have assumed that the Music app would have to be
updated before you could pick up iTunes Radio and this would only be
done through an IOS update. I'm just assuming here, and I could
definitely be wrong.

I also like some of the accessibility and VoiceOver enhancements, such as
handwriting mode, having multiple high quality voices and so on.
I haven't experienced most of the issues you mentioned below, but I believe the
sensitivity issue was addressed in 7.0.3 and some of the interface issues are
configurable. I always thought of the availability of the alternate symbols as
a new feature.
I have reported some bugs with IOS 7, and I'm still waiting for them to be
addressed. I'm optimistic that IOS 7.1 will address most if not some of these
issues.
