Hi,

If you double tap on your voicemail tab, then double tap on where it says
unplayed from, you should be able to listen to the message without calling
them. In the recents tab, you will end up calling if you double tap on their
name.

Hope this helps,

Jenn

Hi, every time I go to my recent or voice mail tab, I check my missed calls
and try to listen to my messages. What is the rule to be able to listen to
those messages without hitting to make a call to the person or place that left
the message. I can’t seem to get it to let me hear the message but what it
does is make the call. I am sorry for asking such elementary questions but, I
end up calling my cell phone just to listen to my messages because of it. If
you can help me, it will make this iphone so much better for me. Thanks in
advance. Andy and Shubert
