if there is an app that would do that, I would also be very interested. personally, I make a point of really badgering the providing banks, and ramming home the point that I am not just asking for the info in audio or e-mail format to make life difficult, but that because I am totally blind, I need it in a format I can read before I can use the card that they have kindly given me! and if I get the old "can't you get someone to read it for you", garbage, I make the point that in there own information, they generally always say about keeping one's details to one's self, for the prevention of ID theft and such, and by saying about getting someone to read me the info, they are directly contradicting this, so not only are they discriminating against us by not providing the info in a way we can read, but to add to that, they then want to do it again by expecting us to go directly against everything they say about keeping one's info to one's self. this argument generally gets the hoped for results, but can be very tiring. which is why such an app would be a very good idea, as banks don't seem to be in any hurry to sort this major failing out. it is even worse, when a bank provides audio statements, but can't get there head around providing card details in audio format also.
