unfortunately, you can't delete them all at once. There are two ways you can delete email. three actually. The easiest for me is to flick up once when focused on a message. VO will say "trash" as part of the action option in the rotor. You can do this for each message. another way is the delete button at the bottom of each open message. a third way is to hit edit and double-tap the messages to mark them for deletion, then delete them.
