Hi Robin. Yes, the female American voice for Siri and the male voice are both Vocalizer expressive voices. I’m using them with NVDA currently. Their names are Nicky and Aaron.

It’s not that I thought that different voices would have different speeds but I was just curious. Anyway, the American female voice compared to Daniel is absolutely amazing in my humble opinion. It does seem faster which is very welcome, but it also seems to me to be much more expressive and full of personality than Daniel. Is this one of the new Vocalizer Expressive voices? It does also seem to me to be different from Samantha too. So I’m sticking with her even if I have to put up with a slight degradation in recognition quality based upon her assumption that I’m now American (I’ve heard that accent assumption is related to this voice rather than anything under region).
