Would you mind explaining how upgrade with Itunes. I am not really good with iTunes, but, I can get sighted help from my husband. I am having no luck upgrading over the air. 'I keep getting an erra message. I have done a hard reset, I have wiped my phone, and nothing helps Any suggesttions would be appreciated.
