You would find them very occasionally in previous builds of iOS 7 but they are far worse now, so much so that frankly, if you use a Bluetooth keyboard extensively, I'd think twice about upgrading until this is fixed. Yesterday I put together an Audioboo describing the problem, and also giving some advice as to how it can be worked around to some extent.
