Hi there. The short answer is no, not yet. The next part I know will not help you now, but might help you in the future. If your phone ever get stuck in a reboot loop because of an incompatible app or jailbreak tweak, you can boot it up into safe mode by pressing volume down as the phone is rebooting. This happened to me once when I jailbroke using iOS 6.1. I installed a tweak which wasn't yet iOS 6 compatible.
