Hi

On a iPhone 4s with 7.1 on this, and staying in South Africa, the following happens: I ask Siri to dial my network operator, (cell c), by telling it to dial 14302. After a while, she will say, "calling 14302", and then come with the reply: "Sorry I can not dial that number". Now, why would this happen? Can Siri not dial a short number like that starting with a 1 (one) then? Any ideas on this one, as I might have missed something very obvious. It is okay with any normal numbers starting with a dialing prefix beginning with a 0 (zero).

Thanks a lot for any help.
