Thankya for the answers. Think I'll stay away from it for now. I'll try doing a 
hangout on air later on my computer. Never have, but, have wanted to.

  There's a submit feedback form within the app itself accessible through the 
settings part, but in my case, I needed my sighted wife's help to even get to 
it. It's not like the app is all the sudden completely accessible, but compared 
to how the previous update left it, it's a step in the right direction. 

  I was able to access my contacts list and initiate a phone call, but haven't 
really played around with video chatting or anything. The app still needs a lot 
of work.

  If submitting feedback through the app directly is too problematic, then you 
could always reach out to Google via their various Twitter accounts and other 
social media contacts. I can't think off hand of a dedicated accessibility 
contact for Google if there is in fact one.

  Thought I'd mention it to those who are interested. An update to Hangouts was 
just released and while it could use some more accessibility fixes (lots of 
unlabeled buttons, inability to flick left or right), it's an improvement on 
the previous release that made the app completely Voiceover inaccessible.

   

  I would encourage fellow Google Voice users to continue to reach out to 
Google to improve upon this app's accessibility as it looks like Google Voice's 
days are numbered  as a stand-alone service.
