So are you saying that when I use shift vo m to move an app; that all I need 
to do is vo right or left arrow until I get to another app and just wait for 
it to beep before I press the up and down arrows?

This is not the case. I have moved lots of apps on top of each other using 
the keyboard. They have not included the ones that came with the phone at 
all. When you get it not he app it will start beeping.
For example, I put all my word processing apps into one folder and all my 
games into one.
