I have found this post now. Let me answer your question. Like Mr. Alex Hall 
replied, L1 + B7 is the combination to toggle quick navigation. Thanks, 
Alex. :) The default quick navigation status of iPhone is on if you didn't 
change it. If some commands like scrolling pages left or right don't work, 
then probably it has gone off. In this case, you can toggle it with the 
combination and then you can forget about it thereafter. Since iPhone's 
default is on, probably you don't need to care about it.
