Hi, not exactly. Dropbox on iOS has a feature where it will upload your
camera roll into a Camera Uploads folder in your Dropbox account.

Have you moved to the last page of the introduction? It's been a while
since I've done it, but a three finger swipe to the left or the right a
few times will move you to the last screen where you can sign in.
