Louise, I wrote about this recently: there does seem to be a bit of a problem with the way that voice-over sees some of the buttons in the Prizmo app. When you find the "recognise" button, you could try either of the following: firstly try and double tap in the same place where you found the button, which is at the top right. Secondly, you could try split tapping, I haven't tried this myself, but it requires that you leave your finger on the original button and double tap with another finger perhaps just beside it. Please let me know if any of these suggestions work because it would be a shame if some of the functionality of Prizmo has gone due to the latest iOS update.
