Not as such, that I know of anyway. Why not just use the iPad's built-in Zoom function? You can scroll the screen, and adjust the magnification level. Or, enlarge the text font in Pages, or whatever app you are working in. If there are special considerations I'm not aware of, let me know, but these seem the easiest options.
