It's usually the opposite for me. I have the street vs. saint issue and maybe doctor and drive, but no isn't usually number and even in the calendar wed means getting married. I'm not sure what you can do since it all depends on the sentence and Voiceover can't know that. It would help if there was a way to correct or control pronunciation.
