Hi Simon, You really have to be more specific. Finding the tabs like Summary, Info, Apps, Music etc. are not menus. Which version of iTunes did you use before? I assume it was on Windows XP?
I suggest you describe exactly what happens when you plug in your iPhone, e.g. do you hear the USB connect sound and, if you have a picture on your camera roll, can you access it via Windows Explorer? If so that means your iPhone is recognized and there is no reason why you shouldn't find the "iPhone" button in iTunes and, after you activate it, you should be able to tab to all the different tabs/radio buttons for managing your phone.
