Thanks for the replies. Deleting the app and installing it again from the
Apps Store corrected the problem and I didn't lose any of my previously
tracked packages.

No, I am not having any problems like that. Try deleting the app and then
downloading again from the App Store.

The app has worked previously just fine under iOS 6.1.4 and after I upgraded
to iOS 7.1. I just noticed this inability to launch the app today.

 

What are other Shiprack users experiencing? I've written to Shiprack Support
but I would welcome any suggestions on what to do next if anyone has ideas.
