I hope I'm not breaching the group's etiquette by bumping this rather old topic but I just wanted to let you know that I've just released an update to Four Down that adds a feature that a number of VoiceOver users have asked me for. They were looking for a way to make it easier for them to build up a mental picture of the grid. To help with this, I've added a setting that you can turn on to have the locations on the grid described using rows and columns. For example, with the setting enabled, it will say "Row 1, Column 2. 1 across" rather than just "1 across".
For the really keen puzzlers among you, the update also adds the option to buy a further 24 puzzles via in-app purchase. I hope you're continuing to enjoy Four Down.
