You can also read to the page chooser and then use dot 6 with space to adjust the value to the next page, then do a space with dots 1-2-3 to go to the top. The down side of this is you have to move past the 5 buttons at the top of the screen to get to the text on the page. It gets easier the morr you do it though and I often do this without thinking about it.
