Hi Beverly, In your first email you said the file was a "pub" file and now you say in the subject it's an "ePub" file. ePub is an eBook format so I assume it's a "pub" file which means somebody used Microsoft Publisher to make the flyer. If this is the case you'd probably be best off asking that person to send you the information in plain text, as Richard pointed out, Publisher files are graphical by nature and the best you could do if you have Microsoft Publisher on your computer as part of the Office suite would be to print it out and scan it or, if you have Openbook, you could send it straight to the Freedom Import printer which basically means you are sending the file straight to Openbook. However, you still would need Microsoft Publisher on your computer to open the file in the first place.
Ring Central, by the way, is a VoIP telephone app but I assume if you have and use Ring Central you know that.
