I was under the impression iTunes Match matched your music with what is in iTunes and that this makes no difference as to space since only those songs which it can't find in iTunes are actually uploaded. I would assume this would not be that much for most people unless it was some locally produced CD which is not sold commercially.
Wow, 1.5 Tb, I have about 4,000 songs which take up 25 or 26 Gb in 256 Kbps quality. This would mean your library is well over 200,000 songs.
