Hi Deb,

How do you indicate if you want to drop an app onto another app or an
existing folder and how do you indicate you simply want to drop it in, for
example, second row third column? If you move focus with the arrows you will
always be on an app, won't you?

I did read the original post.
You don't have to move an app into a folder. You can move it anywhere
regardless of whether or not you have a folder. You can do it with the
keyboard or with the touch screen. You cannot do it with Braille
unfortunately.
