Hello everyone, I am currently with a friend of mine, and we are trying to pair her iPod touch fifth-generation with your BrailleNote Apex. We have tried practically everything! We are having trouble getting the two devices to pair at all and in fact now, they are not even seeing each other. We have tried resetting both devices and that hasn't worked either. We are getting frustrated! Does anyone have any great tips?
