There are many apps in the app store which notify you via a push message about apps which usually cost something, but which are free for a day as part of a promotion. DJ mentioned Apps Gone Free, another one is called “App a Day”. Whether the app that is free is accessible is anybody’s guess unless of course the developer mentions Voiceover, but since whichever app is free for that day is, well, “free” you can just download it if it interests you and try it. If it is not accessible or if you end up not liking it just delete it off your phone and all you lost is 10 minutes of your time. Below are the links for the 2 apps mentioned above:
