Do you know if Facebook will work with Braille using iPhone? I
have known that it was not 100% blind-friendly years back, but do
not know how accessible Facebook is right now. I just wonder
about it.

The automatic language switching is by design and is part of
VoiceOver.
If you use the default language of your choosing and there is
text
written in a different language VoiceOver will automatically
switch to
that language. You cannot turn this on or off I'm afraid.
