What do you mean? You can see them all in the list, though, of course, only a few at a time (there's no way to fit sixty on the iPhone's screen). Like any list of items, you can flick through them one at a time, or scroll the page by flicking three fingers up or down. You can also use the search box at the top of the list, or navigate by heading to jump from letter to letter. Finally, on the right edge of the screen, you'll find a "table index" that lets you flick one finger up or down to the letter you want.
