Hi Alex, When I was using the iPod I never found numbers. I should have been more specific and asked where are the numbers on my iPhone. Sorry I didn't make myself clear.

When you touch something on the screen while not in practice mode, that item is spoken as is any hint it has. I'm not sure I follow your question - if you know the iPod, then you know the iPhone. For dialing, just use the same keyboard input you are used to; touch the numbers until you find the right one, then either tap with another finger, double tap, or lift your finger, depending on your setting.
