Hi Todd, I don't know whether anyone will be transcribing the event live, but in past years, many people have blogged about it as it happens, writing down pretty much every point live. If you search for "liveblog wwdc," I'm sure you'll find multiple sources. I'm sorry I can't be more specific, but I don't remember where I got liveblogs in past years.
