Hi, when you get to the pic or video, view or listen to it. There will be a
spot at that point that says, Share. Tap on Share and you now have the
options of e-mail, message or save. If you tap save, it will take it to
your photo app and you can sort it. It labels it with a date. I do this
all the time when my daughter sends me videos of my grand daughter
