Thanks. I had a bit of trouble with that app before, so I had uninstalled it. But after a VM crash I wound up with an empty Outlook contact list, so maybe I will give it another shot. Bill

Just download and install the ICloud Control Panel. It will create an ICloud mail box with a folder that contains your Contacts folder. When you make changes they are updated on all of your devices.
