I did Google this and will have to do some more digging since yesterday I didn’t have so much time. But it does indeed appear as if this feature has also been removed for now. I totally agree with you, Jonathan, that this is really a vital feature and it should be considered essential. Even on my PC I can opt to show all my Outlook contacts in Skype and I really hope that a lot of other people will realize that it is no longer possible to access one’s iPhone contact list and raise a storm. Interestingly enough if I go to Privacy and check which apps have access to my Contacts Skype is still listed. Of course this might be the case because I upgraded, I probably see what happens if I delete Skype and reinstall it. I will report anything I find regarding this.
