I have to say, my cousin put messenger on my phone yesterday because he uses it a lot, but he sent me a voice message and I could not figure out how to play it either.
Not having any different experience with the app either, still getting there when I get a message is mostly a pain and Siri does not seem to recognize it so that I can recognize it. Using iMessage the other day someone was sending so quickly that mine were sliding off the screen before I could read them Annoying, why some local people can't just call to ask a question seems strange to me.
